You will support the managing director of a family office operating in Milano, Munich, Luxembourg, and the U.S. You are a trusted individual, a manager with foresight, and an organized coordinator. We are looking for a hands-on, loyal person who works with precision, efficiency, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks * Setting up and organizing efficient office management and a systematic filing system
* Implementing accounting and payroll systems in collaboration with an auditing firm
* Independent correspondence with business partners in German and English
* Preparation and follow-up for advisory board and supervisory board meetings: organizing meetings, including coordinating schedules for all participants, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes and summaries
* Close coordination with the assistant in Munich: schedule management, travel management
* Support with day-to-day operations (organizational and administrative)
* Independently taking on individual projects
