The Plant Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the plant's financial information, supporting management in business decision-making processes, and driving financial performance through analysis, planning, and control activities. Acting as a key business partner for the Plant Management Team, the role combines financial expertise with a strong understanding of operational dynamics.

• Manage and coordinate the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report financial metrics and operational KPIs for the Plant, providing actionable insights to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan cycles, working closely with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of financial assumptions.
• Review, validate, and release Standard Costs, managing related inventory and cost revaluations while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Prepare and continuously improve financial and operational reports tailored to senior management requirements and evolving business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and valuation, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting initiatives aimed at improving inventory efficiency and working capital management.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions that support the achievement of financial and operational targets.
• Actively participate in the monthly business review process, preparing analyses and presentations and contributing directly to the discussion of monthly results with the CEO and senior leadership team.

Requisiti: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management. Proactive mindset and hands-on approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
