Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Specialist to assist clients within the travel industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a flexible, customer-focused environment.

In this position, you will support customers with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and help deliver a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Assist clients with travel questions, reservations, and general support

  • Provide accurate information about destinations, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and consistent customer service

Qualifications:
