We are seeking an Enterprise PMO leader with a strong foundation in EPC, PPP, real estate, and contracting, who has progressed in their career to establish and operate a centralized Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

• Develop and implement enterprise project management strategies and policies.
• Setting up and running a centralized Enterprise PMO
• Governing strategic project portfolios across multiple sectors and geographies
• Driving end-to-end lifecycle control, not just reporting or dashboards
• Operating at both strategic and execution levels within large, complex organizations
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, coordinating and tracking progress across legal, finance, funding, commercial, contractual, and delivery teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance frameworks and performance objectives.

Requisiti: A successful Chief EPMO should have: A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in the energy and natural resources industry, particularly within construction or EPC industry Strong leadership and organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly operational, with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle from strategic opportunity qualification and investment evaluation, through governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio oversight, to execution, delivery, and close-out.
